Accommodation Policy
At Aura Apartments, we place great importance on the comfort and pleasant stay of all our guests. Every accommodation has its own policy, and we believe that the terms should be clearly understood from the beginning to ensure a pleasant mutual cooperation.
- Vaping, smoking, and frying are not allowed in the premises. For this reason, there are no frying pans available in the kitchens provided during your stay. Failure to comply may result in an extra charge.
- The apartments are boutique-style, and guests who require different amenities are kindly advised to choose accommodations that offer them.
- The TVs are pre-programmed to play specific channels. Please do not change their settings or connect external devices. Any modification to the settings will result in a charge.
- The waterproof mattress protectors are provided to protect the mattresses and must not be removed by the guest. If removed and the mattress becomes stained or damaged, a charge will apply for the replacement of the entire mattress.
- During your stay, one key is provided per room.
- Pets are not allowed.
