Accommodation Policy

Welcome and thank you for choosing our accommodation. We kindly ask you to take care of the apartment and return it in the same excellent condition in which it was delivered to you upon arrival.

Please note that an inspection of the apartment and its equipment is carried out before every check-in and after every check-out to ensure the proper condition and functionality of the property for all guests.

In the event of loss, damage, destruction, or intentional damage to any items, equipment, or appliances belonging to the accommodation, the guest will be charged the corresponding repair or replacement cost.

Please do not change the settings of the televisions or install/connect applications using mobile phones, laptops, or other devices.
Any malfunction or damage caused by unauthorized use will be charged accordingly.

Removing or disconnecting internet cables is strictly prohibited.
If any internet cable or related equipment is damaged, removed, or requires replacement, the guest will be charged the replacement cost.

Frying is not permitted in the apartment kitchens; therefore, frying cookware is not provided.
Toast makers are intended exclusively for preparing toast and must not be used for cooking meat or other foods that may cause damage, smoke, or strong odors inside the apartment.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours:

  • 14:00 – 17:00
  • 23:00 – 08:00
